For years, I have studied and taught the uses and benefits of therapeutic Iyengar-style yoga. The combination of my medical training, experience as a Surgical Pathologist and knowledge gained from studies with B.K.S. Iyengar gives me an approach to therapeutic yoga based on insights from both disciplines. This unique perspective has helped me understand how yoga helps us heal at a microscopic and molecular level.
